Intro to Pole
An introductory class to teach the fundamentals
Pole 101
Pole 101 is an advanced beginner class, building off of the fundamentals learned in Intro to Pole
Sensual Pole
Sensual Pole teaches putting together fluid movements including the floor and the pole teaching transition pole fitness choreo, floorwork choreo, with a touch of contemporary dance, and a dash of Sensual feels with music that will help pull the emotion out of our bodies for an expressive workout routine. Sensual pole will be teaching you how to transition fluidly into the next movement including the pole and the floor this class will be smooth and slow paced. Wear leggings and Bring knee pads! ( we will be crawling on the floor so it will make it more comfortable wearing knee pads. Also heels are optional.
Sensual pole is a choreo class for advanced beginners and up - this class is NOT recommended for first time students.
Stilettos
Learn some fun and sexy dance moves while rocking killer heels. This class will teach you the fundamentals of walking around the pole, smoothly transitioning to the floor for floor work, and fun choreo all while wearing your heels. Each week you will learn a new short routine and new combos. Heels are encouraged but not required. Make sure to bring a yoga mat, knee pads, socks, and leggings.
Spin Pole
An advanced beginner and up class, Spin Pole teaches spin climb foundation and variations, ground entries into basic spins, and breakdown of transitions and combos of multiple moves on a spinning pole.
Prerequisites: solid jasmine, pole sit, pole climb & foundation. Mandatory 4 intro to pole classes completed prior to booking this class.
Pole Plus
A class for anyone, Pole Plus is focused on finding what works for you - whether that is adapting for an injury, getting in some extra practice, or taking your time
Pole 102
Pole class for those who want to go to the next level. Must have a solid aerial invert and be able to do a butterfly, brass monkey with ease. Knowledge of spin climbs and basic spin pole moves.
Exotic Pole
Exotic pole is for beginners and up, though it is not recommended for FIRST TIMERS, or brand new students. This class is meant to teach routines involving floorwork and the style of “exotic pole dance” we don’t physically get on the pole in this class during routines, so be sure to bring knee pads, long socks, and leggings ( if you’d like to wear shorts that is your preference) but we do not climb up the pole or do any pole sits involving skin exposure.
This class is an amazing way to get an awesome cardio workout, and to perfect balance and fluidity while incorporating everything I have listed above to all our favorite songs!
Chair Pole
From broadway to burlesque, explore chair dance class with various styles. Learn acro-chair and pole/chair and floorwork combination moves. Heels are optional, knee pads, socks, leggings, and layers are recommended. Please bring a yoga mat. This class is beginner friendly but prior pole knowledge is a plus. You will be learning transitions from the chair to the floor, the floor to the chair, and the chair to the pole. These moves will be put together with music to create a wide range of performances!

ABOUT US
Providence Pole Fitness is an intimate pole dance and fitness studio located in the beautiful city of Warwick, Rhode Island. We offer classes 6 days a week so you wont find it hard to fit into your schedule. Along with daily classes, we host private lessons, group lessons and private parties, and events for all occasions!!
We have seven poles ranging from 40-50mm both brass and chrome.
On December 28th 2016 Melissa McNeely took over ownership of PPF. We are no longer associated with Boston Pole Fitness.
IMPORTANT INFO
DRESS CODE: We require shorts and a short-sleeve shirt for classes. No leggings and no lotion!
LATE POLICY: Please arrive at least ten minutes before class. If you do not show up for your reserved spot, it will be given to a waitlisted student. We lock the door to ensure privacy and prevent interruption. If you do not arrive on time you will not be admitted, forfeiting not only the spot but the cost of the class as well. We do not offer refunds if you do not make it to class on time. Traffic can be tough especially during rush hour, so do your best to PLAN AHEAD!
